Shortly after arrival, we come together as a group to discover more about the session options, talk about our time with each other and to set our intentions. For most of the day you will be in smaller groups to take part in those sessions that most appeal to you, from the options listed below.
There will be two, half-hour refreshment breaks when teas, coffee and water will be provided, as well as a superb buffet lunch, catering for all dietary requirements.

We come together in Savasana, a deeply restorative practice that balances the body by calming the mind and spirit. We will be enveloped in a soothing Solfeggio frequency to enhance our experience of a powerful metaphor to empower us in our future journeys in life.

What do you need to bring?
All refreshments and lunch are provided. All you need to bring to your retreat is your positive energy.
Yoga mats and a light blanket will be provided on the day, should you wish to lay down, but some people like to bring cushions.
