What sort of issues can be helped?

The work we do is largely content-free, so you can bring whatever it is you want to work with. We have people who experience positive results with anxiety, depression, O.C.D, P.T.S.D, addictions, pain and low self-esteem to name but a few. Please feel free to contact us if you would like any advice about what it is you’re wanting to work with.

 

I’m not sure I can be hypnotised.

We will be working with a light / medium trance state, and you will most likely be aware of what’s going on throughout it. Everyone goes into this sort of state on most days. So, if you drive a regular route and you’ve experienced getting to a point and not recalling the last part of the journey, you’ve just been there! You’ve clearly been aware all the time, and able to respond to what is happening, you’ve just been in a different state of awareness. Similarly, if you’ve lost tack of time scrolling through social media or watching a film, you’ve entered a similar state.

Will I be out of control?

Sometimes people fall asleep however, and that’s fine, as the unconscious mind is always listening and processing. 

 

 

Do people come alone?

While many people do book with friends, around half of our attendees come alone. Lots of friendships are made on the retreats and many people return.

Do I need to disclose anything personal?

No, not at all. The sessions are specifically designed to enable you to work with those things you want to work with entirely privately. 
 

What do I need to bring?
 

All drinks and lunch will be provided and we will give you your own yoga mat and a light blanket. Some people like to bring pillows though.​​​
